Licence Requirements
Prerequisites for a Driver Licence:
Applicants must be 16+ years old
Proof of identity
A pass certificate from Driving Examination
A medical certificate for applicants 70+ years old
A fee of $50.00 BBD
Application forms for Driver Licence
Fill out the application forms and submit to our Barbados Licensing Authority offices for review.
International Licence
You can apply to have your international licence exchanged
A fee of $50.00 BBD
Must be 16+ years old
A valid international driver licence
Proof of residency
Duplicate Licence
You can apply for a duplicate licence if your driver licence was lost or stolen
A fee of $100.00 BBD
Police report for lost/stolen licence
Proof of identity
Arrear fees if expired 3+ years
