Limited Trade Licences or 'MO Plates' are assigned by the Barbados Licensing Authority to individuals or companies who are registered dealers, repairers or importers of motor vehicles.

In the meantime, you can pay for a limited trade licence via the Barbados Revenue Authority's website.
