What is a PSV Examination?

The PSV Examination is a test applicants must conduct to prove their understanding of the road rules for Public Service Vehicles (PSVs). A pass score on this examination grants applicants the ability to apply for a Learner's permit. Applicants must be sixteen (16) years or older and must have a primary driver licence in order to apply for this examination.
