Provisional Licenses or 'LA Plates' are issued to persons to facilitate the licensing of motor vehicles. They are only available for one day and can be used for various reasons such as moving unlicensed vehicles on a temporary basis.

We are currently working on making this service available for patrons on our Barbados Licensing Authority website. Stay tuned as we will be launching soon.

In the meantime, you can pay for a provisional licence via the Barbados Revenue Authority's website.
